How have you learned to say, "I am not afraid" when the storms of life threaten to take you under?  Don't you want to learn to sail your ship?

“I am not afraid of storms, for I am learning how to sail my ship.”

  1. Love this quote! Your thought for the day reminds me of the One who can calm all our storms. Jesus slept through the storms because He was not afraid. Jesus walked on water because He knew He would not sink. And, He gives us the same hope.

John 16:33 is one of my favorite verses. God literally showed up on Monday to illuminate that verse to me in a spectacular way. Now, I just need to find time to write about my experience and post it. 😀😀

Maree Dee, keep shining your light and pointing people toward the Calmer of all storms. Bless you for your ministry.

    1. Erin, Thank you for you encouraging post. I love that verse, I am so glad you pointed me to it today.

“I have told you these things, so that in me you may have peace. In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world.” John 16:33

I love it when God illuminates a particular verse. I can’t wait to see your post on it.

      Blessings,

      Maree
