I love that verse, Maree, because it encourages and refreshes me when I’m feeling down and the situation seems hopeless. Another verse that has been very helpful and inspires me to focus on the positive things (rather than the negative) about my loved one and helps to find ways to validate is Philippians 4:8…”whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is commendable, if there is any excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise, think about these things.”
